About us
Volleyball is a varied ball sport and one of the net games. Two teams are separated by a net and try to play the ball onto the opponent's floor. It promotes team spirit, coordination and speed. In the summer months, training is sometimes moved to one of our beach volleyball courts or to the beach. All training sessions are "mixed".
