Instructors

As an instructor, you manage your group yourself: description, training times, cancellations and news. You get your login details from your section head.

How to manage your group

1. Log in: Open the admin area and log in with your email address and password.
2. Edit your own group: On the dashboard, choose “Meine Gruppen” (My groups) and open your group.
3. Create a training series: Choose “Termin anlegen” (create event), set the event type (“Terminart”) to “Training” and switch on “Wiederholung” (repeat).
4. Enter a cancellation: Open the training series and add the date under “Ausnahmen” (exceptions) with the status “fällt aus” (cancelled).
5. Write a news item: Choose “Neuigkeit schreiben” (write news item), enter a title, date and group, and publish it.
6. Forgot your password: On the login page, click “Passwort vergessen” (forgot password) and follow the link in the email.
